Jan Norman is one of my favorite writers for the OC Register. I sent her an email the other day when I wanted to refer to her blog but could not find the post about Social Networking I was looking for.
She not only replied graciously with the link but also offered to make my post a subject of one of her "Tip of the Day" posts. Today, she did just that. (I hope this does not make one of those rings that get Google all worked up.)
Jan writes in a very direct and clear manner. I always make certain I read her column or articles every day. Her focus on the needs of business leaders is very much inline with my own. I believe you do not need a subscription to the paper to read her posts. Adding her blog, "Jan Norman on Small Business" to your RSS feeds is a good thing to do.
Send your tips, resources and strategies to her at jnorman@ocregister.com. If she uses one, she’ll use your name, company and Web site! If the paper likes it then they will run it as well! What is there to lose?
