Thanks to Google Alerts I found this interesting blog giving away an 86 point questionnaire PDF that at least should spawn some interesting dialogue. A few of the questions are a bit self-serving to the creators but considering the price they charge for the document, it is understandable.
In true Kawaskian form there is no registration required. In true Godinian form there is no charge for the document.
As you may know I am a big believer in asking questions: Chapter 2 Mind Your Own Business has only bout 50 of the 200 questions I came up with just using Kipling's 6 serving men.
