Who can you learn from? Not Only the top names in business but real experts!

The other day Devin, at the MidMarketMaven, asked the question "What do you want from me?"

I gave him a few ideas but later I felt like I had missed the opportunity to ask something really insightful. I went back and read some other comments and I knew I had missed the mark.

It got me thinking that here is a person with a very interesting position who has asked to be asked about what he does. In years past, access to someone like Devin would have been very difficult. Today, here he is ready to answer any serious question we can put to him! We can also ask Seth Godin, Guy Kawasaki, Curt Schilling, and so many others. So, you can not only learn from very famous and well known people. You can even ask questions of true Modern Magellans, that is, people who work for a living and appear to know what they are doing! Wink

So, instead of what is in your wallet. I would like you to consider - what is on your RSS feed list? Do you take advantage of the fantastic resources available to you? Do you sort them so that you can find your "A-list" more quickly?

Who writes the blog, website, or whatever that you feel is the most important thing for you to read every day that there is new content?

For me, today, at the risk of offending other bloggers (see blog roll to the right) - Chris Garrett. Since I am still getting the hang of writing a blog, I find his insights absolutey essential to my day. That could change once I feel more confidence or if continues to deny his addiction to coffee. Thanks :) I know I am addicted, I guess admitting that is the first step eh ;)

Thanks for stopping by. I'm not sure how successful asking these questions is at this stage of the game. My visit rate does not seem high enough to attract a sufficient number of visitors to have any kind of dialog.

Nevertheless I shall continue until I receive instructions to the contrary.

Roger,

Thanks for the kind follow up. You inspire me to do a better job of playing my role, however small, in the blogosphere!

Thanks!

Thanks Devin,
Hopefully we can all contribute to elevate the conversation. I find it a bit sad that some of the most highly frequented blogs or websites are all about trivial activities of fairly unproductive people. (Paris Hilton should just do her time and leave us out of it.)
Just my thoughts.
