50% of the world population will get cancer at some point in life. In 2005 cancer was closing in on heart disease as the nations #1 killer. Are you waiting to let the important people in your life know how you feel?
Your marketing or brand
Apple has 75% market share for MP3 players (unless you count phones, then in 2006 it is less than 20%), yet they are still advertising. Their advertising is not trivial either. It has all the intensity of a company looking to build market share. What is your focus? Narrow or comprehensive?
Your leadership
When the company is big? Do you want to always struggle and stay a small company?
Your customers
Is your best customer as happy as you hope? Have you asked?
Is your worst customer costing you money? Then why are they still your customer?
Your computer backup

Do you have a copy of all of your information for contacts, customers, and suppliers?
By now you should realize that the best time to think about every one of these is now. You cannot compete if you do not stay in the game.
