Several people have asked me to explain the process that I went through while writing my book, Maps for Modern Magellans. Others have asked me why I did it. Tomorrow, because today is a holiday and I am not supposed to be working, I will publish my first new map in months.
On Wednesday I'll publish the "How to make money writing books" map.
For today, if you have a subscription to Business 2.0 and you have received your copy turn to page 52 and read: " Virtual book, real money. By Paul Sloan E-books don't have the cachet of a New York Times bestseller, but how many writers will turn their noses up at $300,000 a year?" As of this writing, the article is not available to read online.
There is a lot that has already been written on the subject but I will add my experience to the pile. This seems to be a very important question to many people.
Now, I am going to go take some time off to provide balance in my life. In case you are wondering, that is me in the bullpen warming up at Angel's Stadium; warming up to go eat lunch.
