In case you did not notice - I like maps. I am a big believer in having them for business, personal planning, and travel. Now I can add another area - Decorating. The June 2007 Martha Stewart Living, From My home to Yours article has tips on how to use maps to decorate a room. My dream den is a room filled with books, walls covered with antique maps, and globes around the room. Now that I have Martha's backing, perhaps that dream is a little closer to reality!
On another note, a more important note, the map collection on the book website is starting to grow thanks to Drew McLellan, blogger extraordinaire of Drew's Marketing Minute. Drew has added his very insightful Brand Love Affair map. 
One of the great things about this map is that it is very clear that the love affair is not a one way journey but a continually revolving cycle or orbit. Click on the map to take you to a larger version with a description by Drew himself. From there you can also go to the McLellan Marketing Group's blog to read more about it.
If you would like to submit a map to the collection there are two ways:
1) Register on the book site and be upgraded to the status of Author - this will let you submit and later edit your submission. (You need to send me an email that you want to be an author)
2) Send me an email with the URL of the Image, URL to link the image to (page about it on your site), and the text you want with the image.
The idea is that you can:
A) Link to the image on your site, and include a description and a links to go with it.
B) Link to a thumbnail, with a description and link
Do you have a great map? One that is clear and easy to understand? Does it have depth if you think about it? If you would like to add to the collection (and I will mention any additions here) please let me know.
The question for this post - how many posts have mentioned both Drew McLellan and Martha Stewart on the same topic?
(A Google search shows them appearing on the same site/page 55 times. I had no idea they worked together so much!)
I am pretty darn sure that this is the first time I've been mentioned in the same post or same breath as Martha Stewart!
